Using the Tatty Bumpkin brand Sam has created a successful franchise and has successfully marketed into local schools covering the length and breadth of the UK. Tatty Bumpkin offers opportunities for energetic young mums to build their own lucrative businesses in regionalised areas.
Brief:
Gain high first page rankings for five key-phrases that will help increase Tatty Bumpkin’s exposure across all major search engines. Increase the awareness of Tatty Bumpkin’s brand and channel more traffic to the website through the use of social media and related marketing techniques.
SEO Solution
The website came on board with a high number of backlinks and a reasonable page rank. The entire website comprises of five separate domains under the umbrella of one. Upon further inspection it was clear the main problem lay with the on-page aspect of SEO.
Performing an SEO assessment with our optimisation tools gave us a good insight into which keywords and phrases would be best to enhance for each page. We enhanced each page of the website and added in complimentary meta-data and carefully enriched important html tags with keywords and phrases.
Results
Results so far have been positive. We have seen a massive jump since completing on-page optimisation and there is still scope for much improvement.
Link building is our next stage and we feel the concept itself will bring out enough attention with subtle link baiting that will take them from mid front page to the top.

Brief:
Obtain high first page rankings for the heat pump and solar panel side of their company within major search engines. They also required a raised awareness for the plumbing side of the business.
Basic requirement to lift the company’s website into the high end results for all search terms related to their industry sector.
SEO Solution
No attempt at optimisation for the website had been performed previously leaving us with a fresh canvass to go at.
On-page optimisation led to a jump up the rankings for key-phrases relating to the area where they are based. Increased content with relevant meta-data, title tags and header tags were introduced to the source files.
Off the page link building processes are currently underway with relevant directory submissions and article writing generating excellent interest. With this has come an increased rate in back links and traffic, all great indicators that have led to a gradual elevation through the search engine rankings.
Results
First page rankings for the majority of related search terms, not only regional phrases but first page for national phrases that are improving weekly.
